I had heard that they p...I melted at Sunfest 2011. I had heard that they planned to have more tent coverage this year, but evidently that wasn't enough to cut the heat. I'm not a huge summer seasonal fan so I decided to skip this year and spend my $ on Sexy Betty. <br /><br />I think Extreme Beer Fest is my favorite fest since my favorite styles are Stouts, Porters, Scottish, Helles... Followed closely by the Great Nebraska Beer Fest since they bring in so many non locally distributed breweries. Hopefully we have a great day on Aug 25th.<br /><br />I should sign up for the NBC volunteer group. It is always great hanging with you and it sounds like they balance the work and the fun.<br /><br />I can't wait to try the soaring wings stout. I don't live far from there, but was a little disappointed when i tasted their beers last fall (they had just started brewing). <br /><br />I hope that Lucky Bucket has some great small batch beer for the Beer B Q. I'm with you on their packaged stuff. I eagerly await the end of July as their original GroupOn will expire.
